For sale is my 2013 MINI Cooper GP. It saddens me that I have to let this go but I have to get into something bigger. I’ve been a long time MINI Cooper enthusiast, previously owned 2005 S and 2009 JCW, and the GP is by far my favorite. This is my everyday driver and as of September 22nd it currently has 5583 miles. First oil change was done at 1500 miles and the second oil change is scheduled for 6500. Upon delivery, I clay barred to remove all paint contaminants from transport and then applied paint sealant. The GP has been well taken care of as I almost consider it my child.

I purchased the GP for $39,900 and I’m asking $36,000.

The top photos are all stock but the actual photos can be found in the gallery. If there is something specific you want to see and is not in the gallery please send me a message and I will be happy to forward your request.

This limited edition Mini John Cooper Works GP is powered by a specially-tuned version of the 1.6-liter engine producing 218 horsepower. It has an aluminum cylinder block and bearing mounts, reinforced pistons, sturdier cylinder head, low-weight crankshafts and sodium-filled exhaust valves. Twin-scroll turbochargers, BMW’s Valvetronic variable valve technology and direct injection all help the torque characteristics. It produces 192 lb.-ft. of torque at 1750 rpm and for short periods it can produce 207 lb.-ft. from 2000 rpm with an over boost function. 0-62 mph in just 6.3 seconds with a top speed of 150 mph.

It features adjustable coil-over suspension and the front shock absorbers are mounted upside down in the tube, with the piston rod pointing down, in order to increase longitudinal and lateral stiffness. To save weight (and make it a real sports car) the rear seats have been removed. It tips the scales at just 2557 lbs.

Limited edition – only 2,000 units to be built with only 500 coming to the states.
